Importance of water therapy on human body

It has been said over time that man’s existence on earth largely depended on water. Which means no man can survive without water. The level or amount of water content in the human body is 70% averagely.  Therefore, the amount of water taken, possibly the value of the perfect water and the type that will be result oriented which is good health.

Distilled water is water that has been made purer, through the process of being heated and then cooled. Such is the type water that gives vitality on a day to day activity, make joyous and moreso prolong lives
  
Aside from oxygen being the most vital substance in the human body, water comes after it and it is roughly estimated to be 70% in adult. And it excretes the water a variety of ways, either by perspiration, urine, defecation and breathing. It is worthy of note that temperature in any human body is averagely 98.60F and if it goes up or falls we feel feverish, therefore drinking water actually controls the internal temperature of the body.

Do you know that 83% of blood in the body is of water, while the combination of salivary, intestinal, gastric and pancreatic juices makes up nearly 98% of water? Therefore, insufficient intake of water will lead to dehydration and literally dry up the body causing the hands and skin to look withered, parched, dry and old. Also causes wrinkles on the foreheads and around the eyes. Other consequences of dehydration which affects so many today are; burning and irritating urination. Therefore take 8 glasses of water on a daily basis.

Though 8 glasses of water is averagely required daily but there are factors that could influence more than the daily requirement such as climate, one’s activities, health and body’s temperature.   
The right kind of water intake you engages in daily, is the best natural protection you can have infectious diseases like whooping cough, pneumonia, measles, influenza etc. Always ensure that your body is not in short supply of water, as is a vital component for effective workings of body’s tissues, fluids, lymph, cells and blood.

Water has the responsibility of holding all that relates to nutrition and moving them to every part of the body. Moreso it flushes out toxins and excessive salt from the body. Excessive intake of salt causes high blood pressure, arthritis, kidney problem and leads faster to untimely death. But with the right amount of water intake it helps to push those agents out of the system.

Whosoever drinks water ‘Distilled’ in its right proportion coupled with eating organic fruits, would have healthier looks and live long.  On the other hand people with mental and nervous breakdown, are merely sufferings due to insufficient right amount of distilled water, rather they go for caffeinated drinks like; coffee, alcohol, diet cola, tea and soft drinks thereby worsening their nervous state. What these caffeinated drinks does is to introduce toxic acid and burning into the stomach, so at the end he/she ended up having heartburn, gas, low energy and bloating.  


Always note that our nerves system needs the right amount of water to carry out its daily functions effectively unhindered.
