Fruits
Gourd is a large fruit which is another good
remedy for preventing early greying of hair. Cut the fruits into pieces and let
it dry in a cool place, after it dried soak it in coconut oil and left for 3 to
4 days, thereafter boiled till everything is reduced to a blackened residue.
Now use the blackened oil to massage the scalp thoroughly to strengthen the
hair roots and it helps with the colour.
Any butter made out of cow’s milk can
prevent early showing of grey hair when it is applied constantly, say trice a
week.
Lemon
with Coconut Oil
A mixture combination of small amount of lemon and
coconut oil, apply on a daily basis for up to 15minutes to the hair, massaging
it, will give strength as well as length of hair. It has a long time benefits
in terms of maintaining the hair texture.
Rosemary
Leaves: - Is a kind of leave whose leaves are used to
add flavour in cooking and are used in some perfumes, or the leaves themselves. While Sage
is a plant whose greyish green leaves are used as herb to give flavour to some
foods.
Therefore the combination of these two when applied would give desired
result. Put half cup of Rosemary leaves with an equal amount of Sage leaves in
a 1 litre of water, boil for half an hour, and then allow it to cool off for
3hours. Thereafter, apply to the grey area thoroughly, leave it on for 1hour
and then wash it off with shampoo. Keep at it weekly and gradually your hair
will get darker achieving desired result.
Potato:-
As strange as it sound, it has a property for treating greying hair, just boil
one unpeeled tomato. Allow to cool down and massage the scalp and hair with the
potato water with a cotton ball and leave for about some minutes before rinsing
off.
Rum:-
Is a strong alcoholic drink made from the juice of the sugar cane plant, it
contains some property that works alongside other ingredients to fight against
early greying hair.
4 Teaspoons full of Rum, 4 teaspoons full of dried
sage, 1 Ounce glycerin, Few drops of Vitamin E and 1Ltr of water, mix together
thoroughly then apply.
